It has been disclosed in a video – that was shot by R&B artist Tyrese Gibson- that Apple is purchasing Beats electronics in large quantity. In this video the entrepreneur and the most famous rapper Dr. Dre repeatedly said that “I am the billionaire”.
On the other hand, Financial Times reported that Apple was closing the deal in $3.2 billion to purchase streaming music and high-end headphones. When media officials contacted Apple and Beats about this deal, both companies declined to pass any comment.
Apart from this, in the above referred video, Gibson has confirmed that the deal had been stricken and the list of Forbes should be updated.
